Season Championships
Each season ends with a seasonal Championship that feeds into the World Championship.
Season Championship invites are awarded to the top 8 in Championship Qualifiers, or received through a discretionary invite.
Prize information is found in each event's announcement.
Day One
Date & time
- Saturday at 10am PT
- Day One is 6-rounds. All competitors play Day One together.
- Expect Day One to last approximately 4–5 hours.
- There will be a short break after the 3rd round.
- Dropping is not permitted.
- Be on Discord 15 minutes before your flight time for check-ins and announcements.
Structure
- Everyone plays 6 rounds on Day One.
- Players are randomly assigned to pods each round. You may be assigned to the same pod as another player multiple times.
Leaderboard
- Points are awarded based on finishes, weighted for higher placement.
- Results are compiled into a leaderboard and published to this site after each round.
- Ties between players with the same points are broken as follows:
- Highest finish, 2nd highest finish, and so on
- Random
- The top 8 players in the qualify for Day Two.
- If you qualify but cannot participate on Day Two, please contact the TOs immediately so they may find a replacement.
Day Two
Date & time
- Sunday at 10am PT
- Day Two uses the 'race' format to determine the event's winner.
- The top 8 race will run an undetermined number of rounds, until a winner is decided. Plan on playing at least 4-8 rounds in a Championship top 8.
- There will be a 15 minute break after the 3rd round.
- Be on Discord at least 15 minutes before the start time for check-ins and announcements.
Structure
- The Top 8 Race will run a minimum of 4 rounds, but will add more until a winner is determined.
- Players are 'live' to win after they have earned at least 25 points in completed rounds.
- Any player with 25+ points who then wins the match will be the tournament champion.
Leaderboard
- Points are reset at the start of the Top 8 race.
- Results from the race are tallied each round and published to this site.
- After the winner, ties between players with the same points are broken as follows:
- Highest finish, 2nd highest finish, etc (depending on the number of rounds)
- Day One ranking (1st-8th)
Additional rewards
In addition to the event's prizes, players may earn the following rewards by making top 8 or winning the seasonal Championship:
- Players who Top 8 a seasonal Championship are awarded Pro Club Silver status
- Players who win a seasonal Championship are awarded Pro Club Gold status
- Players who win a seasonal Championship receive one of the community invites for the following seasonal Championship.
